TEMBRY ("TEMBRY," "we," "us," or "our") is currently operated in the United States by an individual doing business under the TEMBRY name.

4. Payments

TEMBRY uses third-party payment services, including Stripe, to process payments. When you enter payment-card or other payment credentials through a payment provider's checkout experience, that information may be submitted directly to the payment provider.

TEMBRY may receive transaction information from the payment provider, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, and other information necessary to confirm and administer an order.

5. Service Providers

We use service providers to operate TEMBRY. Depending on the feature you use, these providers may process information on our behalf or as otherwise described in their own terms and privacy notices.

Current infrastructure and service categories include payment processing, cloud hosting and security, database and authentication services, email routing, storage, communications, shipping, and manufacturing or fulfillment services.

TEMBRY currently uses services provided by companies including Stripe, Supabase, and Cloudflare for portions of its payment, application, database, authentication, hosting, networking, security, and email infrastructure.

• To service providers when reasonably necessary to operate TEMBRY, process payments, fulfill orders, provide infrastructure, or support customers.

TEMBRY does not currently sell personal information for money.

TEMBRY also does not currently operate an advertising program that intentionally shares personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If our practices change in a way that creates additional rights or notice obligations under applicable privacy law, we will update this Policy and provide any mechanisms required by law.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

TEMBRY and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies when reasonably necessary for authentication, security, checkout continuity, preferences, functionality, or operation of the service.

No internet service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should protect your account credentials and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Depending on where you reside and the laws that apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which can include the right to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is used or disclosed.

TEMBRY's transactional services are intended for adults age 18 and older. TEMBRY does not knowingly offer accounts or purchasing services to children.

14. Submitted Designs and Manufacturing Data

Files, designs, customization information, manufacturing specifications, and related data submitted through TEMBRY may be processed and retained as reasonably necessary to prepare, manufacture, verify, fulfill, support, or document an order.

When TEMBRY uses distributed manufacturing or fulfillment participants, information reasonably necessary to perform the manufacturing or fulfillment task may be provided to the relevant participant. We intend to limit such access to information reasonably necessary for the assigned function.

We may send transactional or service-related communications regarding accounts, orders, payments, manufacturing, shipping, support, security, or important changes to the service.
